Hello All.

Here are the headers from a message that was blocked. I had to
whitelist the address so that it would be delivered
([EMAIL PROTECTED]). This message originated from a Web server.
The mail application it is using is hp OpenView service deskMail Manager
4.5. Is this the reason why? Is it because of the server not being a
legitimate Host? Please explain why JunkMail is blocking. Is it a
configuration error on my end?

Please help.

Samantha
