Hmmm in the next weeks we plan to send a mail to any primary mailbox for
every virt.Mailhost. The message will explain that we will disable
spamfiltering after some days for his mailhost if the recipient doesn't
agree and click on a special  link contained in the message body.

So all the settings about yes/no spamfiltering for certain mailhosts are
stored in a database and we can create a whitelist file containing all
to-domains that should be whitelisted. 

Until now I haven't checked how to do this with declude, because I was
pretty sure that it's possible. No?
