Thanks, Scott.

What problems might we see if using SWITCHRECIP ON?

I looked through the archives, but only saw a couple of vague references to
it not working or a test failing. It would be nice to know what pitfalls we
may encounter before putting it into production....<grin>.

Also curious as to what other drawbacks there might be with this option...it
seems like a no-brainer to use it for reporting purposes. Otherwise it
would be a real pain to figure out which domain user forwarded to a
particular AOL address, for example, and use that info in the report.

Since I'm only interested in it for reporting purposes, could I put in the
suggestion box to add both the intended and actual addresses in either the
MID or HIGH LOGLEVEL?

Darin.

Correct. Declude JunkMail gets very complex! For example, if
BYPASSWHITELIST is used, then the E-mail may not actually get whitelisted.

There is, however, a PREWHITELIST ON option that can be used that will
automatically skip the tests if certain common types of whitelisting are
used.

If a user alias is used, Declude JunkMail will use the address that the
alias resolves to. There is a "SWITCHRECIP ON" option that you can use to
change which Declude JunkMail uses (so it would use the alias, not the
address the alias resolves to), but it may cause unexpected problems. Some
people do use it, however.
