What I have done is created a base sent of files and then a batch file that
uses echo to update all. The base files are like weights.junkmail.txt,
externaltests.junkmail.txt, filters.junkmail.txt and so forth and including
global.header.txt, global.externals.txt, global.filters.txt and so forth and
then I have a file in each domain that needs customization call
domainname.custom.txt and then have a batch file that echos the proper files
for each domain to create the custom junkmail file. Takes work to set up,
but once set up, takes about 30 seconds to make a change.
