Steve,

I had the same issues when I started and I did sort of what John did. I
created some batch files that paste together various pieces of
junkmail.txt files and rebuild all the per-domain .junkmail files (with
the domain specific information).

As John says takes a bit to get it setup but know I can make per-domain
changes or global changes and run the batch file and all done....
