Hi
Gary,
I've
come to understand that the changes in 2.0 had been substantial (and
clearly, the ripple effects of the per-user message handling were
not fully understood). As a result, the fix has to be equally
substantial (which apparently takes time) - and I'm sure they are
also trying hard to catch any new bugs that all this back-and-forth
might otherwise introduce.
I
have no idea if and what input/consultation Scott may be provided while 2.0
was being developed (with the "per user" message handling). However, I'm not
entirely convinced that the blame lies exclusively with the new
developers.
Best
Regards

-----Original Message-----It's starting to look like things are going downhill since Scott left. I don't remember ever having to wait this

long for a issue to be resolved. I don't feel comfortable with v2.xx until these issues are addressed. I hope
they get things together....this was always a very responsive company in the past.
