A recap: 5 people including me have reported having this problem in the last week or so.
One of those does not use AVG. Alex has reported to me that since disabling AVG he has not seen the problem reoccur in 1 1/2 days. I have not disabled AVG as I do not think it is the culprit. My server has been running since Sunday night. Now, Sunday night I did make a registry change that has to do with kernel page usage. I do not remember what it was right now but I can find it easily. I am running performance monitor on my server to see if it catches anything when this happens again, if it happens again.
