update the dat would be to pull the "ini" file
Then Parse this
[zip] section

Filename
then, verify the MD5
Checksum, then unzip it..
then notify you of
the download, unzip, and send the DatVersion to you.
What happens if you
download is corrupt? you now have successfully disabled your virus
scanner.
