Just to clear things up, it's andré who's seeking our help, I was merely
trying to suggest an option.

I agree that , in my opinion, a wikipedia system is not ideal.
As idealistic as it might seem, you do not have much control on the content
yourself, therefor I would not use it myself.

The type of help provided is also strongly dependent on the expected
userbase for your application, is it a program targeted at a beginners
audience, don't expect everybody to have internet access or knowledge of
even the simplest actions.
Is it a very specific application targeted at an expert audience, you can
trust them to have internet access and the help only has deal with the
specific application options.

As always, the help is like the application itself, you always have to keep
in mind what and who you are trying to reach....
