Subject: [DUG]: Reference books

Hi Guys

It would be interesting and useful to me (and maybe some others) to get
some feedback on what are considered to be the best reference books for
beginner/intermediate level Delphinians.

Some areas that I need to address in particular are:

Understanding Paradox files, structure, indexing, recovery from
corruption etc.

Mixed file type (ascii/Paradox) transaction processing applications.
eg read ascii file; lookup additional data in Paradox tables; write
result set to Paradox table.
Techniques and Tips.

Detailed reference for the complete SQL useable in Paradox, complete
with examples. Inner/Outer, Left/Right joins etc etc.

A Beginners Guide to Error Trapping and Handling - from philosophy to
implementation.

Suggestions, please. It might help keep me off the list with silly
questions!

TIA
Mark
