Hi all,
My message yesterday was not accurate, I tried to relay the error message
from memory and it's way off. Here is a correct description of the problem:
My Delphi4 application built on NT WS4.0, when deployed on a Win95 machine
gives the following Windows error:
"The <program_name> file can't load its desired address. It is not
relocatable."
Anybody knows what that means? I tried searching MSDN (July 99) and haven't
come out with anything yet.
