JPEG at full compression is almost illegible, at mimial
compression most images will appear unaffected (except for
those patterns that specifically suffer from the 8x8 DCT
artifacting)... However it's worth noting that when compared to
JPEG at minimal compression, PNG can produce much smaller
files with no loss...
