This is a Laptop.  I believe that the video driver is an integral part of the mother
board and thus I do not have the option of changing it.
Is this not correct?

Funny thing is that an older version of this machine , Dell Latitude Cpi (slightly
lower spec) ran Delphi fine.
Another blow for progress.
