trust me, you dont want to. :) developing at less than 1024x768 @ 75hz is not

get ie4 atleast - it upgrades the comctrl32.dll, which may fix the problem, being
Delphi uses a large imagelist, which is generally where the problem comes from.
OR
get a decient graphics card. IMO its NOT something (along with the monitor) that
should ever be skimpted on. Think Matrox G200/G400 (G400 is good with
multimonitor), any TNT or TNT2-based card, even the old Matrox Millenium is still a
very good accelerator when compared to others on the market (for 2d, anyway).
But, expect to pay about $300 (retail) or so.
