I stay strong in my opinion that getting package to work on most common
types of hardware is software vendor's responsibilty. Especially when it is
the only vendor who has the problem.
No explanations can change the fact that, if Delphi developer goes and buys
PC or laptop tomorrow, he/she will have no idea if Delphi icons will show
up. And if that person unlucky, we'll see new chain of messages on the topic
again.
That was my major point at the beginning.
Other points were initiated by inappropriate tone used by Max. Next time ,
Max, use words such as "got educated" on your children or younger systers
and brothers. I do not know about others, but I do not appreciate to be
listed amongst those educated by you. I even tried to give you a hint why.
Seemed to be too delicate for you to get it.
