No a Dentist 'knows' how to drill teeth - There is no guarantee they know
anything about running a
service industry

In my experience you ask most people about
their businesss and they will give you long convoluted rerason why it can't
be systemised
Then you ask them how many time last year a particular 'event' happened -
they'll say twice
