With a big scary message from Microsoft every time it tried to run my 
programs that says something like.

"The application you are about to run has not been certified and therefore 
may cause cancer, painful sexual diseases and will email everyone in your 
address book to let them know. It is advised that you only run programs 
that are verified with a Microsoft certificate showing Microsoft that they 
have the ability to afford such certificates."
