That IMHO, would be sad. There are many home projects that have made it into
the corporate space and out there as products because of work a person put
in at home :-( I know Borland did this after one particular person (who
happened to be a contractor) pushed his product at BorCon which made the
situation difficult for everyone as so many of the developers had great
ideas they wanted to explore outside of work.
