I agree. The retail price of the phone itself is heavily inflated in the NZ market. Its always been the case of a supply and demand pricing.. Small cool form factor always creates a ripoff.. When people are willing to carry a netbook in their pocket and hold it to their ears for a 20 minute talk I think we will see the iphone price drop to be competitive :)
