The ActiveX control wrapper created from the .ocx by Delpi includes the license information. Yet when the application is run on the target system, the non-licensed controls run. Looking at the Microsoft Knowledge Base doesn't help as the C language information doesn't appear to be applicable to the controls I'm using.
