I have checked this 'sample' configuration - using this computer for developing software in delphi is like delivering a case of beer with a truck. Borland/CoderGear software does not require two 1GB graphic cards with advanced sound card for comfortable use. This is for Autodesk products or something similar.
I can say that we can drop this price at least twice or even triple for good developing machine.
