That's not an computer, that's a Gamestation for the game-addicted computer-addicted with way too much money on one's hands. But hey, if you need to go there, did you know there's software out there that makes THAT MONSTER look cheap? Just take a look at any engineering office: AutoCAD may cost up to euro 4500, depending on the features you need to use.
And hey, CPU's are supposed to double performance every 18 month, right? That makes 7 yerar old hardware about 24 times slower then to-date hardware (do the math: 7 / 1.5 ~= 4.6; 2^4.6 ~= 24). Do we really want software that works on 24 times slower hardware? Or do we want our software to do something with that extra power?
