You can upgrade from any prior version of Delphi for the same price. Nothing new there. Originally, the Turbo line was not included as a valid upgrade product. That is, merely having Turbo Delphi did not qualify you for the Delphi 2007 upgrade price. Now it does, but I doubt the price is the same as for the Studio product line, which is what all the non-Turbo Delphis are.
