Hi all. Xtra has done it again. this time right over the top. If you get emails marked as [spam] from xtra be really careful about deleting them. I have accidentally deleted several and only found yesterday their filter is not working properly. I phoned their helpdesk to get it disabled entirely and they cant! They disagree that thousands of Kiwis will be accidentally deleting their emails because of incorrectly labelled subject lines. Its like talking to a brick wall - a brick wall has got the same amount of responsibility. Alistair+
