ClearQuest is actually defect and issue tracking, ReqPro is
requirements. And yes, they are gruesome tools, designed to get in the
way of development.

ClearQuest is requirements tracking, IIRC.

Very, very expensive, probably overblown for almost everybody, and
really requires a fulltime ClearCase administrator (or two).

(P.S. Don't get me started on Rational tools... Grrrrrrrrr....)

About the best Version Control system I have ever used was the Rational
one called I think ClearQuest what it was called...ok, its
exspensive...very exspensive, but its about the best I have ever used.
