It seems they have 2 different requirements now - one for remote accounts
staff, for which I think the remote control will work and may be all they
need. 

The other is for the trucks - job entry, quoting, invoicing, drawing review
(although could be by email and attachments). This will need pda/notebook
solution, so I'll look further into terminal services, plus possibly
developing/purchasing web and/or pda apps.
