Yes but I try and suppress it ;-)  At the end of the day it's a
management responsibility to make sure that the world won't end if you
get run over by a bus or leave.  It's your responsibility to your
employer to be productive in your job while you are employed.  You owe
it to yourself to take a better position if one is available.

I've been considering changing jobs for some time now - mostly to keep
my sanity.  However there is so much stuff that I am responsible for
that no one else knows about that the company would have some
difficulties if I left and I would feel bad if this was the case.  I
guess this is probably a common problem when working for a small company
.

Does anyone else feel stuck in a job through some sort of misplaced
loyalty?
