Hi Sebastien, I would like to try the -gene-ontology option of ray, but I didn't find in the in the http://www.ebi.ac.uk/GOA/ a file that contains both the embl_CDS and the GO IDs that I could use to generate the annotation file needed for this option. Perhaps I miss something in the website or I missunderstood what the annotation file should be !
Could give me more details on how I can generate the annotation file ?
