Sorry if this is a silly question.

Is there an easy way to tell how many of the input reads were used in an 
assembly without outputting an AMOS file?  Can the numbers of k-mers in the de 
Bruijn graph found in CoverageDistributionAnalysis.txt be multiplied by the 
k-mer size and divided by the read length to get an estimate, or am I thinking 
of that wrong?
