I'm afraid I don't understand what you are saying here. I am suggesting the
following. The following policy file declarations result in the same
SystemPrincipal:
SystemPrincipal "Edward"
SystemPrincipal "EdWard"
SystemPrincipal "\"EDWARD\""
All of the following SystemPrincipals are different:
SystemPrincipal "Edward"
SystemPrincipal "\"Edward\""
SystemPrincipal "\"EdWard\""
