It is not okay with getstart Japanese characters diff. After 'forrest site',
the build process creates getstart manual title with garble information.
Manually change the build/site/manuals/index.xml to reflect the necessary
change. I use xml editor to look at the source file at
src/documentation/content/xdocs/manuals/index.xml. The Japanese characters are
fine there.
