Hi Lily, I think maybe the filter is not picking up closed issues, e.g.
DERBY-4717.
Also the JSR169 line should come out of the ReleaseNotesGenerator.java program
to avoid it printing on the release notes.
If we are to stick with the html format then it would be nice if we could parse
out the parent tags and also read fixedBugsList.html instead of xml as it would
be less confusing. If we have to keep the hard coding of the bugs and
attachment id's, Comments in the program said we changed to html because of the
changing xml format, but I a am surprised that the html is not even more
volatile and fragile.
