Hi Lily,
The draft release notes look good. A couple comments:
o I would slightly reword the first sentence under New Features: "This is a bug
fix release which also provides localizations of new 10.6 messages."
o The description for DERBY-2925 conveys no useful information.
o In the detailed release note for DERBY-4677, the reference to 10.4.x.x should
be changed to 10.4.2.1.
