Thank you so much for the quick review for the draft release notes.
1. New Features is now ""This is a bug fix release which also provides
localizations of new 10.6 messages."
2. I need to figure out whether this is fixable in our process. The
description for DERBY-2925 was not having useful information due to having
parent issue tag. I am currently manually changing the fixedBugsList.html -->
fixedBugsList.xml so we grep the right description for DERBY-2925
3. Hope it is okay with everybody. I change the releaseNote.html for
DERBY-4677 to reference 10.4.2.1 from 10.4.x.x. Then, I have to manually change
the id for ReportParser.java to grep the right releaseNote.html for the
RELEASE-NOTES.html.
Please keep reviewing the changes and the new version of
RELEASE-NOTES.html. I am still very new to release process.
