It looks to me as though the 10.8.3.0 download page was generated by running
the following command from the trunk rather than from the 10.8 branch:
ant transformrelnotes
I have added a clarifying note to
http://wiki.apache.org/db-derby/ReleasePublication. Hopefully that will help
prevent this from happening in the future.
Kristian noticed some broken link targets on the download page. I have
corrected a couple link targets in the template used by the
ReleaseNotesTransformer tool. See the derby-4855-06-aa-distributionLinks.diff
patch attached to DERBY-4855.
I have re-generated the 10.8.3.0 download page and refreshed the website at
subversion revision 1430312. I found that I had to do a second commit to
actually commit the generated output. That was subversion revision 845499.
Let us know if you spot other problems with the download page.
