I was unable to svn deploy because I did not correctly modify the maven
'settings.xml' file. Kristian did a trial run and it worked for him, so rather
than try again, I released that staging (after verifying).
I am monitoring to see if the version shows up in the central maven repository
(http://repo1.maven.org/maven2/org/apache/derby/).
