I updated the News section in the website with the 10.8.3 release.
For some reason, this did not work in one go, I had to separately commit
src/documentation/content/xdocs/index.xml (revision 1440732:
http://svn.apache.org/viewvc?view=revision&revision=1440732), and
build/site/index.html, which came with a different revision: 848684.
Do we need to update this last step in the ReleasePublication page? What is the
correct process?
