If the service is a thin layer and does not process the submission much
(leaving that to Chandler), then I honestly don't know how error handling
would work.

Practically speaking, you'd probably not actually return an email error
response.  The Chandler which processes the Item and turns it into an Event
would use whatever error dialog it would normally return if you typed the
same thing into a command-line.

If we do indeed move "add Andi PTO to office calendar" logic into a
Chandler, it's unclear to me _which_ Chandler would end up doing that.

One model would be to have some way to select an individual who would
process the incoming "/Evt pto thurrsday" submissions via the dashboard.  I
guess an alternative would be to move the logic back into the server-side,
whether Cosmo or service-specific.
