Interestingly, I already have a bug to change this link.
Unfortunately, it's asking for yet another name:

Any thoughts? The "Magic URL" is, by definition, overloaded, so it
makes sense that we're having trouble giving it a name. I think the
best thing to do would be to name the link in accordance with our
expectations for the "primary user" of the account browser and to
give it a "tooltip" that describes all the various functions it serves.
So the questions are:
1) Who is the primary user of the account browser? and based on that:
What should the link text be?
2) What all should go in the tooltip?
