Ted, why do you need to go to the Account Browser to get the
bookmarkable URL? Don't you have it by virtue of receiving the URL
from the sharer in the first place? Or are you talking about using
Chandler Hub as a standalone user and wanting to hand out
bookmarkable URLs so others can view your calendar in in the
Chandler Hub UI?
Yes, I'm mostly concerned about this second case, which corresponds
to people signing up for an account on the Hub, making a calendar,
and then wanting to hand out bookmarkable urls.
