In the interest of brevity, what about: + Export collections and settings... + Reload collections and settings... We should also keep in mind that most people will be using these menu items when following pretty detailed migration instructions.
If this function is intended for very limited special use, then maybe these should be in the Tools menu instead of the File menu?
