Account settings :o) Settings is basically everything outside of user- data. I don't think we want or need to get into listing out all of the things that will get saved in the dump. Users just need to get the general idea and will mostly be following instructions.

The rule of thumb I'm using for what goes in the Tools menu and what goes in the end-user menus is not the frequency of use but whether we expect end-users to use it. So I think this qualifies as an end-user menu item.

Good point Pieter.

I'm not sure what the difference is between collections and data. Do
you mean collections and items?

Doesn't your account data also get saved and reloaded during the process?

In the interest of brevity, what about:
+ Export collections and settings...
+ Reload collections and settings...

We should also keep in mind that most people will be using these menu
items when following pretty detailed migration instructions.

If this function is intended for very limited special use, then maybe
these should be in the Tools menu instead of the File menu?
