iCal 3 doesn't allow one to subscribe to remote calendars with CalDAV.
it only allows webcal subscription, just like iCal 2. therefore, the
instructions for subscribing to a Cosmo calendar are the same for both
versions.

iCal 3's CalDAV support is limited to IMAP-like discovery of and
interaction with one's own calendars.
