This way, most users will just have auto-export work for them and
never have to know about it. Some users with slower machines and/or
lots of data will have the option to skip auto-export and be given
instructions on how to manually kick off exporting to upgrade.
My Acer tablet, 1.5GHz processor, 2Gb RAM, is currently taking 52
seconds to 'Export collections and settings'. I'm running at just over
10,000 items and thinking, "I hope they come up with a purge option
soon." :-)

I'm inclined to agree with Heikki that 'check for upgrades' belongs on
the Help menu, but backups...? I've just checked a few of my apps at
random and they're split between File>Backup and Tools>Backup. Chandler
already has Tools>Repository>Backup, so maybe Tools>Backup should offer
the option of 'Collections and Settings' and 'Repository'.
Also, would a typical user understand the subtleties of these two
choices? Do we even need the two?
