Vision
Features
FAQ
Documentation
Blog
Mailing lists
Chat on IRC
Report a Bug
About OSAF
Contact Us
Then make Documentation page a real docs hub, like Davor explained:
"The top-level documentation page could then be sectioned by Desktop,
Server, and Hub, and within each section have further links to User,
Developer, and Administrator docs for the respective product."
So maybe something like:
Chandler Desktop | Chandler Server
- User docs - User docs
- Developer docs - Developer docs
- Administrator docs
Chandler Hub
- User docs

That seems out of place, and not what was asked for.

*part* of the problem that internally, nobody ever goes to 'Download'
the server?
Why limit it to outward facing? I find I myself using
chandlerproject.org as starting point for looking docs myself.
