Tonight, for the first time I played with the chandler hub in
conjunction with chandler.

It was not at all obvious how to get items in chandler to show up on
the hub. One thing I think could be improved is the fact that the
share menu is not clearly associated with collections. The reason this
is not clear is because you have separated the "verb" from the "direct
object". The share menu is not seemingly associated with anything in
particular.

What I would suggest is that the actual verbs associated with
collections be placed next to the collections. This might be a pop up
menu knob associated with each collection in the sidebar. You click on
this and get a drop down of sharing and other option like delete, etc.
The idea is to make it clear that there are things that you can do to
collections, and what they are.

I realize that the current design is for the share menu to operate on
the "current" collection, but this requires the use to build a model
in their head of the concept of "currency". This requires a cognitive
understanding of an abstract concept with no clear on screen hinting.
Given the number of things going on on the screen, I think this would
be difficult to achieve, and so I think the "verb attached to object"
method makes this whole thing much easier to understand.
