Hi Yusuke, We removed Japanese layout from current Gaia due to storage limitation. The dictionary is too large to fit into our storage space. That is why the Japanese entry was removed in the settings app, also derived from Bug 808849<https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=808849>[1].
To enable Japanese teporarily for testing or development.
