What is the source of the Japanese dictionary?
I have been trying to write a Japanese-English dictionary, but aside
from time being the most limiting factor there are not many
Japanese-English open-source dictionaries. Where can I get this content
from?

How can I turn on the Japanese IME??
I can't see the Japanese keyboard layouts of the setting app.
The Japanese IME has been remove from gaia though not completely. So you can't
simply turn on it.
If you want to test and try the IME, please follow Rudy's instruction to
replace gaia of your phone, or setup other B2G dev environments.
And, it doesn't seem like to include Japanese keyboard layouts setting.

After replacing the original gaia with
Rudy's(https://github.com/RudyLu/gaia/tree/Japanese_ime), you will see Japanese
keyboard in the settings page.
