The problem is that I had to flash the img of this version by my self due to Keon was not asking me for upgrading in an OTA style. # The official User's help forum There is not an official centralized forum for User questions, issues, feedback. The Geekphone one looks more like a forum about the hardware not the FirefoxOS itself. Every post in this forum should be served with information about the OS version and the device. # The official User's site The Firefox OS Users website is difficult to find, or doesn't exists at all, if I google by "firefox os" I hardly finally find this: - https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Mozilla/Firefox_OS Which is for devs not for users. There is user information in the Mozilla support page like this: - https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/playing-music-firefox-os?esab=a&s=upload+music+firefox+os&r=0&as=s But I don't understand the organization and I find my self lost among the Mozilla infinite word very quick. Also the information is normally ambiguos in the most delicate step like in the article mentioned above: "To import mp3 files, use USB connector to hook up to your music library." Really?.. hook up?.. that's all the information, once you have done once is easy to understand but it is actually the first time you do it the one that need specific information.
