Hi Mirza, PE 3.0.4.1 is probably to old to be used with a present oxchkversion. Don't know exactly where this data is gathered (as you told us you're talking about version 4.5.0) but I reckon former updates went wrong.
Maybe you can look it up in the code of oxchversion, find the place in your shop and let us know about it. Good luck!
